Vienna Sightseeing Tour

On Monday we finally got more acquainted with the city we have been living in for the past three weeks! Our professor took care of the bill which was much appreciated. The pictures are some of the highlights we saw.
Hofburg Imperial Palace, Heroes' Square
Parliament Building
Carnival in front of Rathaus
Street Car I ride to and from school every day.
St. Stephen's Cathedral
Our beloved Zanoni and Zanoni sign.
Modern architecture I didn't know existed in Vienna until our tour.
Prater Amusement Park
St. Francis of Assisi Cathedral
View of the city from the park we went to later- it was the first sunny day since we have been here!
The Danube
(family- this reminds me of lake Coeur 'd alene and makes me wish I could be there this summer!)

Imitation Assignment

Click the link to see the picture I am trying to imitate. (Tom, I would have copied and pasted all the pictures on here, but some wouldn't let me).

Vienna- A Walk Around My Block

Our street name.

Turns out I live right next door to the Ambassador of Thailand!
This is his patio....
....and garden....

....and side yard.
I saw a variation of my dream house right across the street. I've always wanted a cute cottage type house covered in ivy and vines.

Along with my dream house, I saw the kind of dog I want some day.

Bikes are everywhere.

I really wish the roundabouts in Utah would look like this.
This is the wall I tried to scale when I was locked out of my apartment and Ale was somehow locked in, even though we both had our keys. Notice how flat the wall is. Makes it very hard to climb up.
