March 11th. Adventures in my basement.

I found my great-grandma's golf clubs in my basement. I also found two of those sticky sheets that catch spiders.....gross gross gross. This was as close as i dared to get to them with my camera. My room is right next to this little trap...i think i will move upstairs.

March 10th.

This is my kitty. I was trying to test out the different setting on my camera...and discovered i either haven't figured out my camera or i really don't have that many options to manipulate.

Epic Fail.

So this past week i learned the hard way that i simply have to carry my camera around with me and not be afraid to whip it out at any moment. cause i missed too many good photo opportunities- like the girl with a hot pink umbrella with her boyfriend on the roof of the jfsb, the two of them silhouetted perfectly against the dark gray sky. I also failed to take a picture every day. There is only one thing to do. Rededicate myself! Starting tomorrow, my camera isn't going to leave my side. I hope i find the charger.

Alright, here's the thing. I have absolutely NO experience with photography! So I have no guarantee that any of my 'photo-a-day' pictures will be half way decent. Also, i don't have a fancy shmancy camera like most people seem to. We'll see how this turns out.
